Car Seats Assembly System
We have vast experiences in Car Seating Assembly System.  These include conveyor system, PLC control, and sophisticated database tracking and monitoring system.
 
Car Seat Assembly System with Data Tracking and Monitoring (MES/POP) System The System is built with Dual Strand Chain Conveyors and other Automatic Handling Equipment such as Lifters, Transversers and etc… Dual Strand Chain Conveyor Car Seats are handled on Production Pallets that are specially designed to enable rotating and tilting Assembly System has included 4 Inspection Stations where Car Seats are lifted down so operators have easy access to it when conducting inspection activities Production Pallets are loop within the Assembly System Inspection Station Safety Mat prevents personal injury when people walking across conveyors Shipping Conveoyors Finishing and Shipping Area When complete assembled, Car Seats are transferred from Production Pallets onto Shipping Pallets Allen Bradley Armo Starter Operator Control Box is installed on each working station, operator can call for materials, call for supervisor when encounter problem, switch operation mode etc… right from the Control Box.
